We want to make sure our children can identify how they are feeling along with applying taught strategies to help themselves.

Supportive Websites

A mental health website has been created for young people, parents / carers, teachers and other professionals.  It is a central point for good quality information on keeping well, self-help and support services.  The website covers a range of issues including stress, bullying, self-harm and what to do in a mental health crisis.

You can also access mental health crisis support by dialing 111 and selecting option 2.  The service is available to anyone, of any age, currently living in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough facing a mental health crisis.  Individuals may call themselves or on behalf of someone else in crisis.

We are committed supporting our team's wellbeing, so much so that we have signed up for the DfE's 'Wellbeing Charter'.  This looks at ways to support staff in eleven different areas.
